Title: Help with Pride model type please
Post by: Daninsyd on April 08, 2015, 02:42:07 PM
Hello,

I have just purchased this Pride Half Cabin and intend to bring her back to original / showroom. The outboard is a 1969 Johnson V4 however I cannot find the exact model of this Pride anywhere. There are only one or two listed on the internet without model types and I have searched other Pride subjects here. She is near original and I intend to bring her back to original. Any history on this particular Pride model would be greatly appreciated. I am told she started life in Adelaide as a surf rescue boat???

See images attached. Thanks

Thanks,

There was two opportunities I spotted in Broken Hill; unfortunately I could only take one. Asking on this caribbean was $5k, negotiable. Absolutely original and there is not much boating to be had in the desert so both are as close to new as can be. If anyone is interested let me know and I can give you the owners details. Wish I could have transported both back to Sydney.

Thanks,
Dan
